Located on the top (5th) floor, Penthouse 5PH3 is a cherished retreat for our family, recently decorated to enhance its elegance and comfort. Unlike most units, ours boasts panoramic 180° views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the bay, visible through breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows and a private oversized balcony—the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

• Max Occupancy: 6 Guests (strictly enforced).

• No Pets, No Smoking (inside or on the balcony)—violations result in immediate eviction with no refund.

• Full Refund for Cancellations 15+ Days Before Check-In (unless booking site states otherwise). Trip insurance is recommended.

• Rental Agreement Required: Guests must accept our Short-Term Rental Agreement immediately after booking.

• Waiver Required: The Diamond Beach Owners Association requires all guests to sign a liability waiver at check-in.

• No Lifeguards on Duty: Guests swim at their own risk and must supervise children at all times.
