Delano Cabin is a fully remodeled, cozy cabin just 2 blocks from the River and walking distance to the Keeper of the Plains.

With large open kitchen, dining and living room, and 2 very large and private bedrooms with King Size beds and TVs.

With cabin style decor, you'll feel like you're in the middle of the woods, while you're in the middle of the city.

Delano Cabin has been fully remodeled (down to the studs). Everything is NEW!

Walk into the bright and open living room, kitchen and dining room.

Lounge in style on the cozy, leather furniture while logging into one of your own streaming services on 50" Smart TV (equipped with a Roku Stick on guest mode).

Cook dinner in our newly remodeled kitchen, with Quartz Countertops and NEW Stainless steel appliances.

Dine in style at countertop bar or the dining room table.

Enjoy our coffee station complete with coffee pods, tea, sugar and creamer (New Keurig Iced Coffee Maker!).

Off the living room, you'll find the large front bedroom with it's own private entrance.

Cozy up on the King Size bed and watch another large Smart TV equipped with a Roku Stick on guest mode), or get some work done on oversized desk.

Towards the back, you'll find another entrance onto the back patio that has a large table with seating for up to 6.

The laundry room is complete with brand new washer and dryer and cabinet for shelving and cabinet for extra storage.

At the very back of the house, you'll find the large, very private bedroom.

With brand new carpet, cozy chair and king size bed, this room could not be more cozy!

Please note, there is driveway parking.

There is a step down into the back bedroom.

Guests have full access to the property.

There is no garage or basement.

The house is located in a working class neighborhood just west of downtown and the River. Some homes in the area could use some TLC, but many have been updated.

It's just minutes from Downtown, Old Town, Botanica. Get anywhere in Wichita in 20 minutes or less.

The house is just south of McLean so it has very easy access to Kellogg and downtown. Get anywhere in Wichita in 20 minutes or less.

Guests have full access to the property. No shared spaces.
