Refunds will not be issued for closing of any resort amenities due to weather or repairs.

Must be 25 yrs old to book. No pets. Guests will need to provide their first and last name to be put on the list at guard gate. You then show your valid Drivers License and they will give you a pass to access the community during your stay.
