This lovely cute home offers total privacy and is situated in a quiet neighborhood, only minutes from Fiesta Texas, The Shops At La Cantera, The Rim, SeaWorld, restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, Palladium, bowling, golf course, Top Golf, and other attractions. The house has a master bedroom, a gaming room with a ping pong table, a covered patio with a sitting area and a BBQ grill, a tranquil spacious garden with mature Texas Oaks, and lots of parking! This year, the home was totally renovated. This property, like others in the area, has recently been renovated yet has retained its beauty. We renovated the home and added three bedrooms that were strategically built for Airbnb guests:)

The three bedrooms all have comfortable beds, one with a king and two with a queen and two twins. Upstairs, there is one master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and two rooms with a shared bathroom. Every bathroom is spotless and stocked with everything you need, from body wash and shampoo to toilet paper and fresh towels!

• Take a look at our kitchen! It has lots of room and all of the conveniences you'll need to prepare a dinner for the whole party. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and high-quality gear, making cooking enjoyable rather than a burden. We have lots of pots and pans, utensils, kitchen equipment, coffee with coffee supplied, a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.

• There is also lots of seating. We have a huge family table as well as a pretty interesting eating area in the inside patio with a view of the backyard! A huge 4k smart TV is also included in the living room.

• Our internet can reach rates of up to 300 Mbps, making streaming your favorite programs and movies simple, quick, and visually appealing. It's also ideal for doing some work. Mesh Wi-Fi with Ethernet ports is available. As a result, every room in the home now has better internet coverage!

• Finally, we have a lovely covered patio for an afternoon talk with friends and family, or a late night whiskey or BBQ.

This area's houses are widely apart and clustered centrally in a family-oriented residential community.

This mansion has it all, and we can't wait to show it off to visitors to San Antonio.

We understand that renting these days may make some people nervous, considering that cleanliness standards vary from place to place. So we wanted to make sure that our guests and future visitors are aware that we adhere to the highest cleanliness standards and have included CDC recommendations into our cleaning procedure. We have done all in our power to assure cleanliness in our properties, from sanitizing every high contact location, including remotes and doorknobs, to employing the proper cleaning equipment to ensure disinfection.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, and the living room has one pull out sofa.

We do not have charcoal on site due to practical considerations, however there are a Walmart Supercenter and an H-E-B nearby that offer charcoal supplies for a reasonable price.

Except for the garage, our visitors have access to all of the goods in the home.

We have everything you can think of, from blenders, toasters, and coffee machines to utensils:)

A projector is accessible upon request for business meetings or gatherings.

This 2100 square foot luxury vacation home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master suite features a king bed with an attached bathroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, and two single beds in the third bedroom. There are also two queen air mattress beds, which are really comfy, so this home can sleep a total of ten people. The living area and master bedroom each include Smart TVs that may be used to watch Netflix and all cable channels. There is a large gaming room with a ping pong table and several games. There is a covered patio with a sitting area, a BBQ grill, lots of private parking, and a large private outside yard.

• The whole house is non-smoking.
• A highchair and a Pack n Play are available on request.
• No parties are permitted! To prevent unwanted occurrences, sound sensors that measure the strength of sound have been put in this property. Please refrain from playing loud music after 22:00.

We have a security system in place that includes alarms and surveillance cameras facing the outside (no interior cameras).
There is no street parking!
This is a residential neighborhood! After 9 p.m., no loud music or sounds!
