Unit 4259 is located on the West side of the building. Some CONSTRUCTION is scheduled to begin on September 22nd on the East side of the building which is on the opposite side of the building where this unit is located. There may be some construction noise heard during the day. Construction starts at 7:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM every day except for Sunday. Chances are that it will not be a problem for you but we wanted you to be aware of it prior to booking.

This newly remodeled beachfront condo has a king bed, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, closet, full bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen. This is one of the few "studio style" setups that offers a full kitchen. The balcony includes a patio table and chairs for dining with a view. A washer and dryer is also located in the condo for your convenience.
