The condo is situated in the well-manicured complex of Sea Club of Indian Shores, just a short walk to the white sandy beach.

It has a full kitchen equipped with all necessary dishes, utensils, and small appliances.

The dining area can seat up to eight people, and the living room features plush leather furnishings, a flat screen television with premium cable, and Wi-Fi.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, work desk, and private bathroom, while the guest bedroom has one queen size bed and a bunk bed.
