• For a quiet retreat, the third sun-filled sitting area (study) is perfect for guests wanting to read or relax. It has a comfortable leather sofa and a desk-fitted executive chair.

Kitchen/Dining:

• Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with sleek granite worktops and state-of-the-art high-end appliances.
• Enjoy your meals in the dining room, which seats 12 comfortably for formal mealtimes, or at the kitchen bar, which seats 4. Guests can also dine outside overlooking the pool under the patio, with a table set for 10.

Home Theatre Cinema & Games Room:

• After a day at the parks, you can take a trip to the movies from the comfort of the 12-seat home theatre, which features state-of-the-art surround sound, a 103-inch screen, and luxury leather electronically controlled reclining chairs.
• The games room is alongside our home theatre and features an air hockey table and pinball machine!

Outside Kitchen & Living Space:

• To the side of the pool deck is a custom-built undercover outdoor kitchen with a huge gas-burning grill, two side burners, a refrigerator, an ice machine, and numerous small appliances to cater to all your alfresco cooking needs.
• Opposite the kitchen is a further undercover living area which features a large, upholstered corner sofa and a flat-screen TV.

Pool:

• The deck faces southwest, ensuring the large glistening pool is bathed in sunshine all day. A separate raised Hot Tub comfortably seats eight guests, with both the pool and Hot Tub able to be fully heated (for an additional charge).

Gym:

• Mickeys Getaway features a fully equipped gym that is fully air-conditioned with a commercial quality treadmill & exercise bike, free weights, and exercise balls with plenty of equipment to allow workouts for two or more at once.

Technology:

• The latest in-home technology is at the forefront of Mickeys Getaway, with large flat-screen TVs in all the bedrooms and living spaces.

'Mickey's Getaway' is in a prime position within the Formosa Gardens Estates, a gated community with lovely lakes and natural areas. Sea Pearl Circle, one of the community's roads, is a circular path of approx. 1 mile, perfect for evening family walks (extra fun at night during the fireworks!) or for your fitness-conscious family members to burn off some energy.

Optional charge for swimming pool and/or inground hot tub/spa heating can be requested at an additional charge.

Please note that all bookings must be made by an individual who is 25 years of age or older, and our maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 16 people, including children.

To ensure a comfortable stay, our home comes equipped with a starter pack of supplies, including Laundry detergent, toilet paper per bathroom, bath soap, and paper towel in the kitchen. However, for longer stays, you must bring or purchase additional supplies plus as needed, other items such as laundry detergent, trash bags, spices, and condiments.

Please be advised that a credit card hold is required two days before check-in as a security deposit. This hold will be released within ten days of check-out, pending any charges for damages or missing items. An information request will be sent after booking, and before your arrival, we will request a swipe of your credit card for the hold, just like in a hotel. We do not charge a deposit amount at the time of booking.

We take severe allergies seriously and do not allow any animals or pets on our property. Unlike many other rental properties, our house is fully licensed and maintained and complies with all Florida state laws and regulations to ensure our guests and ourselves' safety and satisfaction.

Please note that all quoted costs are based on the number of guests declared at the time of booking, and any additional guests will incur extra charges. This is a self-catering property; Guests are responsible for your meals.

To maintain the high standards of our property, we have a dedicated Pool Care Team and Gardener who visit the property every week to keep everything looking its best. We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible and look forward to hosting you!
