Age Requirement for Booking: Reservations must be made by an individual who is at least 25 years old.

Starter Supplies Provided: To help you settle in comfortably, we offer a starter pack of essentials, including laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, one roll of toilet paper and bath soap per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels for the kitchen. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items and any personal supplies needed beyond the starter pack.

Security Deposit Policy: A credit card hold will be placed two days prior to check-in as a security deposit. This hold will be released within ten days after check-out, provided no damages or missing items are reported. After booking, you will receive an information request, and prior to your arrival, we will request a credit card swipe for the hold, similar to standard hotel practices. Please note that no deposit amount is charged at the time of booking.

Allergy-Friendly Environment: To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, especially those with severe allergies, pets and animals are not permitted.

Self-Catering Property: This is a self-catering property, meaning guests are responsible for providing and preparing their own meals during their stay.

Property Maintenance: To maintain the highest standards, our professional Pool Care Team and Gardener will visit the property daily or weekly, as needed, to ensure everything is in pristine condition.
