Welcome to Fairways. This wonderful cottage is located on the Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort. Enjoy a morning or afternoon on the screened-in patio or the uncovered outdoor deck with a lovely view of the water. Enjoy driving the cart on the resort to Baytowne, the beach, tennis, Jolee Island, and more.

• The master bedroom, located on the back side of the cottage with a water view, includes a king bed, flat screen TV, and a large walk-in closet with a washer and dryer. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo for your convenience.
• Our guest bedroom is just to the right when you enter this lovely cottage and contains a queen bed, large closet, and a flat screen TV. The connected guest bathroom has a full shower.

Enjoy a fabulous golf cart ride just a couple miles from the beach. The cart can be taken through an underground tunnel under the highway all the way to the beach!

The spacious kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing family getaway: Stainless steel appliances, utensils, cookware, Keurig, and more. The dining area seats up to eight people.

Tennis, golf, and pickleball are offered on the resort. This vacation rental condo is a short drive from the action of Destin, FL, and the serene experience of scenic 30A.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. All guests must abide by all home and HOA rules A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying in the rental home. No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guest's driver's license per stay. If the unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart.
