Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. All guests must abide by all home and HOA rules. A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying in the rental home. No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. All information provided is deemed to be correct but is subject to change. Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guest's driver's license per stay. If the unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart. Three days before arrival, a $500 cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.
