Fabulous 2 Bed, 2 Bath Cottage On Kangaroo Lake

• Carraigeen Cottage is a new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage right on the shores of beautiful Kangaroo Lake.
• It has a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, including a full sized dishwasher, full stove, large refrigerator, and new washer / dryer.
• It has 4 queen pillow top beds perfect for 1-2 families or a group of friends.
• Outside there is a BBQ and picnic style tables.
• There are several chairs.
• We have a spot for a boat at the dock. You are welcome to bring your own boat.
• You can launch it at the Baileys Harbor boat launch on Kangaroo Lake Road.
• There is a $10 launch fee and it is on the honor system. The collection box is at the launch.
• Children will love paddling and swimming in the warm waters of Kangaroo Lake.
• This is a great location for fishing, biking, hiking and canoeing and close to all the downtown amenities of Baileys Harbor and Egg Harbor – Shops, restaurants, galleries, cafes and the marina and beach are only a few minutes away.
• Get ready for some gorgeous sunsets!

Carraigeen is all of the above, and more, but I would just like to make sure that you are aware that the cottage is 700sq foot. It does have a capacity for 8 people but it would not be suitable for 8 adults.
