OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- **Please note that our private Studio Unit is located in a free-standing 2-family home that's half shared with the owner who is a local first responder and lives on-site with 1 cat and 1 dog (that occasionally barks). Nevertheless, you will have access to your own private driveway, entrance and space. Please note that this rental is not pet-friendly!
- There's a fence that separates the owner's portion of the backyard/garden from the renter's side for privacy. Please note that along with this fence, the owner's dog also has an electric fence and he won't be let out when guests are present
- Please note that while our Studio Unit has 3 doors, 2 of them will not be accessible throughout your stay. The door located next to the bed leads to your private deck/yard, driveway, and it's this space's entry door. The door facing the kitchen leads to the owner's deck/yard, and the door next to the fridge leads to the owner's house (both of these will remain locked)
- Complimentary outdoor parking is available on the gravel driveway located on the right side of the property for up to 2 cars
- If you'd like to keep your clothes clean, there's a laundromat located less than a 0.25 mile down the street
- A Pack n' Play may be available upon request - Please let us know if interested!
- Please note renters have to log into their own accounts to access the TV's streaming services
- We are pleased to provide host and guest liability and damage protection! Upon booking, you will receive a secure link to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal
