OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
A 4-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended due to the steep driveway.

Please be aware that there is ongoing construction next door, which might cause some noise disturbance during your stay.

• Visitors need to note that the journey to our cozy retreat involves navigating steep and narrow roads, characteristic of the area's natural landscape. The driveway, while secure, requires some careful maneuvering for parking and backing out.

• ​Occupancy: For your convenience, the standard occupancy for our cabin is 6 adults, but we can accommodate up to 8 guests max. Please remember that the two queen loft futons are better suited for children than two adults sharing a single futon.

• Parking: the driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.

• Pets: not allowed

• Smoking: prohibited

• Anticipate Wildlife Encounters: while we encourage you to enjoy the local wildlife, please be aware that wildlife encounters can occur in or near your rental.

• Be mindful of the local wildlife and dispose of any garbage in the designated bear bin provided outside.​

• Please note that no refunds will be issued for wildlife-related issues by our rental policy. Feel free to contact us for exterminator services if needed during your stay.

• Notes:

• Every room features Oled Smart TVs.

• The hot tub on the deck is not available yet. Once available, we will promptly notify guests who have made bookings.

• There is no hot tub, but two nice tubs with jets in the main and two baths.

• There are bear containers to put garbage in, please make sure they keep the doors secured on the containers

• Please note that to provide host and guest liability and damage protection, you will receive a secure link upon booking to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. A pre-authorization of $150 USD will be held on your credit card 7 days ahead of check-in, through to check-out.
