• Anticipate Wildlife Encounters: while we encourage you to enjoy the local wildlife, please be aware that wildlife encounters can occur in or near your rental. Be mindful of the local wildlife and dispose of any garbage in the designated bear bin provided outside. Please note that no refunds will be issued for wildlife-related issues by our rental policy. Feel free to reach out to us for exterminator services if needed during your stay.

• Parking: the driveway can accommodate a maximum of 5 vehicles. The property features a steep driveway and a perimeter drop-off, so extra caution is advised for families with young children.

• Pets: not allowed

• Smoking: prohibited

  • The hot tub is regularly serviced and cleaned for each guest, but it may take some time to heat up before use.
  • The fireplace has a knob to turn it on.
