This 250-year-old space has been completely renovated but still maintains its charm through its traditional peg-and-beam construction. You'll love unwinding in our unique garden, complete with a fire pit, hammock, sauna, and much more!

Our one-of-a-kind 2500 sqft 4-bedroom house surrounded by lush greenery includes:

• 1st Bedroom: queen bed and an antique roll-top work desk (located on the first floor)
• 2nd Bedroom: 2 twin beds, ideal for children (located upstairs)
• 3rd Bedroom: master bedroom with 1 king bed (located upstairs)
• 4th Bedroom: double bed (located upstairs)
• Living Area: cozy sofas and an HDTV with streaming services
• Library Den: additional sofa bed
• Kitchen: fully equipped with all necessary appliances and a dining area. As a bonus, we've included a blender, basic cooking products and complimentary food staples
• 1st Bathroom: shower-in-bath combo, hairdryer and toiletries
• 2nd Bathroom: shower, hairdryer, toiletries and washer/dryer
• Outdoor Area: private garden with a fire pit, patio, bbq, hammock, swing, and sauna. There is also a shared pond behind the house

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

• The pond behind the property is shared with the owner behind this house, so please be quiet when walking around the pond
• Late check-out is available until 12:00 pm for a $50 fee
• Please let us know if you'd like to bring a pet. Our pet fee is $100/pet/stay. Pets must be well-behaved and crated when left alone (no excessive barking)
• Please note that to provide host and guest liability and damage protection, you will receive a secure link upon booking to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. A pre-authorization of $60 will be held on your credit card 7 days ahead of check-in until check-out.
