Curl up in front of the gas fireplace and watch your favorite show on the 40-inch flat-screen TV or connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. You'll find a mini-fridge stocked with Poland Spring water and a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of Green Mountain coffee and tea. In the evening, enjoy a glass of wine while sitting in the Adirondack or rocking chairs located on the private covered porch, which leads to beautifully landscaped grounds and views of the waterfront.

• Get ready for your day in the marble BATHROOM with a Kohler soaking tub and a walk-in shower. We'll provide you with a hairdryer, towels, and bathrobes. Keep your clothes clean with the on-site laundry facilities.

• There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Spruce Point Inn, where our space is conveniently located. • If you're traveling by car, we've got you covered with FREE outdoor parking available on-site. There is also a shuttle that runs to downtown Boothbay Harbor. Please visit the front desk to reserve a spot.

• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a $500 pre-authorization to be processed on your credit card.

• The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.
