OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- Complimentary parking is available alongside the house on a dead-end street. Guests cannot park in the driveway
- An additional 2 children can sleep on each sofa - an ideal setup for parents with 2 small children
- Please be mindful as there are neighbors living next door
- Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and what type, and we will do our best to accommodate them for an additional fee of $100/dog/night (Max 2 dogs) (No cats)
- Please note that to provide host and guest liability and damage protection, you will receive a secure link upon booking to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. A pre-authorization of $30 will be held on your credit card 7 days ahead of check-in, through to check-out.
