Unwind in our 1200 sq. ft. country house in Tivoli, New York! We have you covered with everything you need for a great and relaxing stay, here's what you'll find at The Green Goddess:

• 1st Bedroom: Master bedroom located on the second floor featuring 1 Queen size bed, ceiling fan, 2 clothing racks
• 2nd Bedroom: Located on the second floor featuring 1 Twin size bed, closet
• 3rd Bedroom: Located on the first floor featuring 1 full-size bed
• Living area: Couch, rocking chair, flat-screen Smart TV, desk/work station, dining area
• Kitchen: Equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge and freezer, toaster oven, cookware, dishes, cutlery, kettle, coffee maker, and basic cooking products (salt/pepper/oil). Enjoy your meals at the kitchen table or dining area
• Bathroom: You'll find 1 bathroom on the second floor with a shower/tub combo. Toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer are provided.
• Outdoor area: Garden/backyard overlooking the surrounding lush nature, BBQ grill, fire pit

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

• Please note there is no backyard fence separating the yard from the neighbors
• Bikes can be locked at the front or backyard, but there is no enclosure
• Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet, and we will do our best to accommodate them for an additional fee of $100/pet/night (Max 2 dogs) (All dogs are okay). Please do not leave pets unsupervised. Dogs left in the house alone must be crated at all times
• The Green Goddess sits on a street mostly inhabited by student rentals. Be prepared to see and hear Bard students around you. Bard students are thoughtful and friendly
• Please note that to provide host and guest liability and damage protection, you will receive a secure link upon booking to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. A pre-authorization of $38 will be held on your credit card 7 days ahead of check-in, through to check-out.
