The Sun - 2 Bedroom Ocean View is southwest-facing and a great place to call home while enjoying partial ocean views and views of the city of Dayton Beach Shores.

This 1,592 square foot residence features a well-appointed, stylish, modern design with an open concept, 2 bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen), 2 full baths, premium wi-fi, kitchen, breakfast bar, living/dining area and washer and dryer. The open concept living space turns kitchen, living room and balcony into 1000+ square feet of entertainment space with sliding doors that open wide to create a true indoor/outdoor experience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove top, coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishware to be able to make your favorite meal. Dine at either the breakfast counter with seats for four or at the outdoor table with seats for four.

Floor-to-ceiling windows offers sweeping views and natural light throughout the residence. Sliding doors from the living room and the two bedrooms lead to a spacious 248 square foot terrace creating a private outdoor living room to enjoy with family or friends. The open concept living room area provides plenty of room to lounge on either the sofa or two chair to enjoy television on the 65" 4k flat screen television. The sofa opens to a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

The Master bedroom features the largest master bedrooms of all the residences and has a king bed, 50" 4k flat screen television and closet space with plenty of room to unpack and feel at home either a short or extended stay. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The second has a queen sized bed, 50" 4k flat screen television and closet space. The second bath has a single vanity and shower/tub combination. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace.

Mail/Shipping: NO receiving or sending postal mail or packages. We are not responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages.

Host reserves the right to remove guests from the property, without refund and at host discretion, if there are any violations of house rules whatsoever. Host will be fair and treat each violation on a case-by-case basis, but will impose a 3-strike policy with ALL guests. Noise complaints, or complaints of any kind, from surrounding neighbors will constitute 2 strikes - potentially 3 strikes (grounds for removal) depending on severity.

Absolutely no Parties or Events.

Quiet Hours after 10pm – specifically outdoor noise. Outside noise must be limited to align with surrounding area AT ALL TIMES.

Occupancy restricted to 16 persons.

Fees will be imposed and compensation will be required from guests for any and all damage resulting from the guest's stay. It is important to note that as a guest, you are liable.

Host is NOT responsible for any personal/physical injury of guest, loss or damage to guest’s personal property, or other loss of any kind not limited to above that may occur during the guest’s stay.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am.

If requesting early check-in or late checkout, Host must be notified prior to confirming reservation.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out Fee : $10/hour (Subject for approval and availability)

Pet Fee: $50 (40lb weight limit) in pet-friendly units
