Pets are not allowed. The only exception is for ADA qualified animals and we require notification that a service animal will be present prior to arrival. Smoking is not permitted. Parties and events are not permitted. Check-in is after 4PM and check out by 9AM. We have a strict age limitation that no guests be under the age of 25 for this listing unless they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We require 1 parent/legal guardian for every 4 guests under 25. Upon booking, we will request verification of the ages of all guests. If guests do not meet this age requirement the reservation will be cancelled.

Per company policy, Southern Vacation Rentals is required to collect a credit card number and signed rental agreement once booking is confirmed. Southern Vacation Rentals will require guests to provide an email address in order to gain access to our Guest Portal containing all important information about entry and access instructions.
