Welcome to unit #307 - Wild Thing, a nicely decorated 1 bedroom condo in the newly remodeled Laguna Reef Condominiums. This unit has a private balcony with panoramic views of Aransas Bay. Relax in the hot tub overlooking Aransas Bay or cool off in the Laguna Reef swimming pool. Spend your evenings fishing from the 1000-foot lighted fishing pier and grilling up your best catch at one of the outdoor grilling areas.

This cute condo has a recliner and a queen-sized sleeper sofa across from the flat-screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. There is also seating for three at the breakfast bar. The bedroom has coastal decor and a king sized bed. This unit also has wifi. All linens and towels will be provided to you for your convenience. Guests will also have access to a coin operated laundry facility.

Amenities at the Laguna Reef facility include a swimming pool, a hot tub, a 1000-foot fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, a beautiful lagoon area on the water, and a large parking lot with plenty of space.

Wild Thing is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach, where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing and gives you the option of purchasing a day pass or an annual pass. There are two piers at Rockport Beach, the south pier is free, and the north pier has a beach admission fee. There is also a boat ramp. We have a list of fishing guides on our site as well.

Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. If you feel like shopping, you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind, walk along Austin Street, and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques.

This is also a prime location for birding! Little Bay has many protected areas for birds that you can enjoy while walking along the water. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and the Texas Maritime Museum. This unit is NOTpet friendly.
The pool hours are 8am-10pm. The minimum age for the hot tub is 16 years old.
No smoking in the room or around the room to where it may blown in through the doors. There is a designated smoking spot at the south end of the first floor.
There are also ice machines on the 2nd and 4th floors.

-Please let us know if you are bringing a pet or ADA qualified service animal.
-Smoking is not permitted.
-Parties and events are not permitted.
-Check-in is after 4PM and check out by 10AM.
-We have a strict age limitation that no guests be under the age of 25 for this listing unless they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We require 1 parent/legal guardian for every 4 guests under 25. Upon booking, we will request verification of the ages of all guests. If guests do not meet this age requirement the reservation will be cancelled.
-Per company policy, we are required to collect a credit card number and signed rental agreement once booking is confirmed.
-We will require guests to provide an email address in order to gain access to our Guest Portal containing all important information about entry and access instructions.
-We are locally operated and requests all guests text or call our 24/7 guest services team with any questions or concerns.
