Just a short walk down the driveway leads you directly to the private pool, with a beautiful view of Aransas Bay. Pass the pool and you will find yourself on the recently rebuilt 164 foot fishing pier, complete with lights and 110v power outlets.

Inside the cottage, a modern, well-equipped kitchen with stone countertops has everything you need to prepare your meals. Included are stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker, and a table setting for four. El Flamingo will comfortably sleep four with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. A 42 inch tv with cable, and bluetooth speaker, will provide plenty of entertainment and the wifi will keep you connected.

Enjoy views of the water and swap fishing stories with the neighbors from the comfort of the front patio. Or retreat to the privacy of the covered back patio, complete with small bistro dining set and charcoal grill to prepare the days catch. El Flamingo is dog friendly, and the entire back yard is enclosed for your dog's enjoyment and your peace of mind (2 dogs maximum).

Mere minutes away from Rockport Beach, public fishing piers, fresh bait stands, great local restaurants and entertainment options. Not to mention The Big Tree! El Flamingo offers you plenty of options to enjoy the Texas coast.

El Flamingo is pet friendly. Please follow the pet rules stated in your rental agreement.

-Please let us know if you are bringing a pet or ADA qualified service animal.
-Smoking is not permitted.
-Parties and events are not permitted.
-Check-in is after 4PM and check out by 10AM.
-We have a strict age limitation that no guests be under the age of 25 for this listing unless they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We require 1 parent/legal guardian for every 4 guests under 25. Upon booking, we will request verification of the ages of all guests. If guests do not meet this age requirement the reservation will be cancelled.
-Per company policy, we are required to collect a credit card number and signed rental agreement once booking is confirmed.
-We will require guests to provide an email address in order to gain access to our Guest Portal containing all important information about entry and access instructions.
-We are locally operated and requests all guests text or call our 24/7 guest services team with any questions or concerns.
