Welcome to Kelleys Island Venture Resort! Our boutique resort hotel is located on the south shore of beautiful Kelleys Island. We offer 31 luxury suites of various sizes, all equipped with the amenities of a first-class resort. Each suite includes a mini-refrigerator, microwave, full-size coffeepot, and flat-screen television. Some upper-level suites even have a loft space for larger groups and families. In addition, our resort features a swimming pool with therapy areas and an outdoor hot tub in our beautifully landscaped courtyard.

Across the street from the resort, we have a three-tiered deck with seating where you can enjoy the stunning views of Lake Erie, the Marblehead Peninsula, and Cedar Point. We also provide two charcoal grills for guests to enjoy a barbecue. All of our suites offer wonderful views of Lake Erie. Come and enjoy the lake at Kelleys Island Venture Resort!

One of our suites, Iroquois Suites 225, is located on the second floor of the hotel and has two levels. The first floor contains the living and sleeping areas, separated by the bathroom. The second level, or loft, features a spacious bedroom with two queen-size beds and a cozy sitting area by the dormer window overlooking the lake. This unit also has access to a common balcony and can accommodate up to six adults.

Please note that the pool is open from 9AM to 9PM. Additionally, we offer irons and ironing boards upon request, subject to availability.

After booking, guests will have 48 hours to complete our Guest Portal. Reservations with incomplete portals may be subject to cancellation. If your check-in date is within the 48-hour window, please complete your portal to avoid check-in delays. Once completed, your credit card on file will be charged for the total amount due at booking.

Please be aware that the host reserves the right to remove guests from the property without a refund if there are any violations of house rules. The host will treat each violation on a case-by-case basis but will impose a 3-strike policy with all guests. Noise complaints or any other complaints from neighbors may result in 2 strikes, potentially leading to removal from the property depending on severity. Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are in effect after 10pm, and outdoor noise must be limited to align with the surrounding area at all times. The occupancy is restricted to 16 persons.

Guests are responsible for any and all damage resulting from their stay, and fees will be imposed accordingly. Please note that the host is not responsible for any personal or physical injury, loss or damage to personal property, or any other loss that may occur during your stay.

Check-in time is at 4:00 pm, and checkout time is at 11:00 am. If you require early check-in or late checkout, please notify the host before confirming your reservation. Additional ID or credit card verification may be required. There is an early check-in fee of $25 per hour (starting at 3pm, subject to approval and availability) and a late checkout fee of $10 (until 12pm, subject to approval and availability).

If you are staying in a pet-friendly unit, there is a pet fee of $50 per pet with a weight limit of 40lbs. Please contact our Guest Service team 24 hours prior to your stay if you require an extra key.

Each reservation includes one parking spot. Please note that we cannot accommodate boat trailers due to limited space.
