Brass Rail Villas is a Mediterranean-style, gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. It is located just 30 yards from the main beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the Tybee Pier. Community amenities include a private community pool, hot tub, and a community picnic area.
Brass Rail 316 condo is on the third floor, just outside of the elevator. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is the perfect place for your vacation needs. The open floor plan of the living and dining area includes a sleeper sofa and a Flat Screen TV. The balcony, accessible from both the living area and the primary bedroom, has seating for four and a glimpse of the ocean over the rooftops. The dining area has seating for 6, and 3 stools at the breakfast bar connected to the kitchen.
The spacious primary bedroom suite has a King-sized bed with a TV, balcony access, and an attached bathroom with a separate shower and whirlpool tub. One guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen, and the second guest bedroom has 2 Twins. There is a full bath in the hall that the guest bedrooms share along with an additional half bath.
Private parking is available for 2 vehicles below the building with access to an elevator. The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking is available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

DIRECTIONS:
As you come over the bridge onto Tybee Island, you will see the big “Welcome to Tybee” sign on the right-hand side. Our local office is located 1.5 miles up the road. HWY 80 turns into Butler Ave. at the big curve, 3/4-mile approx. from our office. Continue down Butler. The streets are numbered consecutively. You are looking for 15th Street, past the stoplight and the Sandcastle Inn - about 1 mile from the curve. The Breakfast Club Restaurant is on the corner. Take a left onto 15th Street. The gated entrance to Brass Rail condos is on the right. To open the drive-through gate, enter #9862 on the keypad. Drive straight ahead to enter the parking garage. Look for parking for unit 316. There is assigned parking for 2 cars only.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
-Guest acknowledges that NO PETS are allowed in or on the premises unless Tybee Vacation Rentals has expressly authorized permission to bring a pet. Adult dogs over 1+ year old ONLY. NO Cats or Puppies. It allows for a maximum of 2 adult dogs unless otherwise noted/approved. Additional pet fee may apply.
-Tybee Vacation Rentals will not enter into a Rental Agreement with anyone under the age of 25.
-Guests will receive, and are required to sign, the Tybee Vacation Rentals rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
-We will require guests to provide an email address to gain access to our Guest Portal containing all important information about entry and access instructions.
-Tybee Vacation Rentals is locally operated on Tybee Island. Our Guest Services department is available 7 days a week via phone, text, or email.
