House Rules:

• Pets are not allowed. The only exception is for ADA qualified animals and we require notification that a service animal will be present prior to arrival.
• Smoking is not permitted.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Check-in is after 4PM and check out by 9AM.
• We have a strict age limitation that no guests be under the age of 25 for this listing unless they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We require 1 parent/legal guardian for every 4 guests under 25. Upon booking, we will request verification of the ages of all guests. If guests do not meet this age requirement the reservation will be cancelled.
• Per company policy, Southern Vacation Rentals is required to collect a credit card number and signed rental agreement once booking is confirmed.
• Southern Vacation Rentals will require guests to provide an email address in order to gain access to our Guest Portal containing all important information about entry and access instructions.
• Southern Vacation Rentals is locally operated and requests all guests text or call our 24/7 client care team with any questions or concerns.
