Deer Ridge Mountain Resort C307 is a top-floor vacation condo rental with a private balcony that offers a panoramic view of the Smoky Mountains. You can see the Village of Cobbly Nob to Gatlinburg and the Back 9 of the Bent Creek Golf Course located in the valley below. This two-bedroom (one is a loft bedroom), one-bath condo in Gatlinburg, TN sleeps up to 6 people and has everything you need to enjoy your stay at Deer Ridge, including a wood-burning fireplace.

The condo includes Bedroom #1, a loft bedroom, a living room, and Bathroom #1. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet or ADA qualified service animal. Smoking is not permitted, and parties and events are not allowed. Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. We have a strict age limitation that no guests be under the age of 25 for this listing unless they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We require 1 parent/legal guardian for every 4 guests under 25. Upon booking, we will request verification of the ages of all guests. If guests do not meet this age requirement, the reservation will be canceled.

Per company policy, we are required to collect a credit card number and signed rental agreement once booking is confirmed. We will require guests to provide an email address to gain access to our Guest Portal containing all important information about entry and access instructions. We are locally operated and request all guests text or call our 24/7 guest services team with any questions or concerns.
