Welcome to The Roxanne, a new Amsterdam-inspired property, and after enough Rosés, you’ll literally forget you’re in Cincinnati. (No shade to Cincinnati.)

The Roxanne is just minutes from everything downtown Cincinnati has to offer, sitting directly across the street from the well known Jackson Hill Park, a short stroll to The Christ Hospital, about a 5-minute drive from Rhinegeist Brewery, Paul Brown Stadium, and only 3-minutes from Findlay Market. It’s the perfect home base for a girls-night-out or weekend with the boys.

The Hygge style is meant to be inviting and cozy, revolving around creating an atmosphere in your own space that encourages togetherness and appreciating the good things in life. You’ll find this style in every corner of The Roxanne, from the nest chairs, colorful decor, textures, and greenery, which embodies the Amsterdam spirit and is an ideal intimate setting for you and yours on date night.

Our operations team NO longer have a runner past 6PM except for Friday and Saturdays.

After booking, guests will have 48 hours to complete our Guest Portal. All reservations with incomplete portals are subject to cancellation. If your check-in date is within the 48 hour window, please complete your portal in order to avoid check-in delays. Once completed your credit card on file will be charged for the total amount due at booking.

Host reserves the right to remove guests from the property, without refund and at host discretion, if there are any violations of house rules whatsoever. Host will be fair and treat each violation on a case-by-case basis, but will impose a 3-strike policy with ALL guests. Noise complaints, or complaints of any kind, from surrounding neighbors will constitute 2 strikes - potentially 3 strikes (grounds for removal) depending on severity.

  • Absolutely no Parties or Events.
  • Quiet Hours after 10pm – specifically outdoor noise. Outside noise must be limited to align with surrounding area AT ALL TIMES.
  • Occupancy restricted to 16 persons.
  • Fees will be imposed and compensation will be required from guests for any and all damage resulting from the guest's stay. It is important to note that as a guest, you are liable.
  • Host is NOT responsible for any personal/physical injury of guest, loss or damage to guest’s personal property, or other loss of any kind not limited to above that may occur during the guest’s stay.
  • Check-in is at 4:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am.
  • If requesting early check-in or late checkout, Host must be notified prior to confirming reservation.
  • Additional ID/CC verification may be required
  • Early check-in fee: $10 (3pm | Subject to approval & availability )
  • Late check-out fee: $10 (12pm | Subject to approval & availability )
  • Pet Fee: $50 per pet (40lb weight limit) in pet-friendly units
