This beautiful and unique building will give you that Brooklyn charm all the while being in Cleveland! With exposed brick, industrial-sized windows, and a brand new Cafe, Green Goat, opening in 2021 right next door, it will make you feel like you are home away from home.

This unit is one of our unique Studio Loft open concept units with FREE parking, and also a washer/dryer are in unit as well! A fully stocked kitchen will have you whipping up recipes in no time while entertaining friends or family! To add to the historic charm of the property, there is a hole in the wall that adds character to our lovely Brooklyn Style Studio Loft.

The Superior Building is right in the heart of the Superior Arts District, which was once the second largest garment making district outside of NYC. This historic building is right next to Cleveland State College, and a hop, skip, and a jump to downtown nightlife! Come enjoy this brand new place and experience the wonder of Superior.

• Sun-Thurs: Please make any requests prior to 5pm. Any requests made after 5pm will be fulfilled the following day.

After booking, guests will have 48 hours to complete our Guest Portal. All reservations with incomplete portals are subject to cancellation. If your check-in date is within the 48-hour window, please complete your portal in order to avoid check-in delays. Once completed, your credit card on file will be charged for the total amount due at booking.

Kindly note that the availability of amenities such as pools, hot tubs, rooftops, fitness centers, and others in our properties is solely determined by the management of each building. The access and availability of these amenities are subject to the discretion of the management, who may choose to open or close them based on their own policies and in compliance with applicable regulations.

The parking lot is located about one block from the building.

Mail/Shipping: NO receiving or sending postal mail or packages. We are not responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages.

Host reserves the right to remove guests from the property, without refund and at host discretion, if there are any violations of house rules whatsoever. Host will be fair and treat each violation on a case-by-case basis, but will impose a 3-strike policy with ALL guests. Noise complaints, or complaints of any kind, from surrounding neighbors will constitute 2 strikes - potentially 3 strikes (grounds for removal) depending on severity.

• Absolutely no Parties or Events.
• Quiet Hours after 10pm – specifically outdoor noise. Outside noise must be limited to align with surrounding area AT ALL TIMES.
• Occupancy restricted to 16 persons.
• Fees will be imposed and compensation will be required from guests for any and all damage resulting from the guest's stay. It is important to note that as a guest, you are liable.
• Host is NOT responsible for any personal/physical injury of guest, loss or damage to guest’s personal property, or other loss of any kind not limited to above that may occur during the guest’s stay.
• Check-in is at 4:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am.
• If requesting early check-in or late checkout, Host must be notified prior to confirming reservation.
• Additional ID/CC verification may be required
• Early check-in fee: $10 (3pm | Subject to approval & availability )
• Late check-out fee: $10 (12pm | Subject to approval & availability )
• Pet Fee: $50 per pet (40lb weight limit) in pet-friendly units
• Guests with Pets and Service Animals must disclose Updated Vaccination Records or the booking will be cancelled.
• Parking: The parking lot is approximately one block away from the building. Look for the distinct purple/white Airriva sign on the black gate. The parking spots are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis and are reserved exclusively for Airriva guests.
• If an extra key is required, please contact the Guest Service team 24-hours prior to your stay!
