Start your morning off right with a hot cup of coffee from the Keurig and a workout in the 24/7 fitness center. Spend your day at the pool or hot tub. Need a safe spot for your vehicle? No worries, we have you covered! One free parking space is provided in the attached parking garage.

The access and availability of these amenities are subject to the discretion of the management, who may choose to open or close them based on their own policies and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Mail/Shipping: NO receiving or sending postal mail or packages. We are not responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages.

Safety and security are our top priorities. Vehicle burglaries in the Plaza area, as reported by KCPD, are concerning. We kindly ask for your cooperation: Never leave valuables in your vehicle. If you spot suspicious individuals, call 911 for your safety first, then notify our staff. Your vigilance is vital in ensuring a safe environment for all. Thank you for your cooperation.

Host reserves the right to remove guests from the property, without refund and at host discretion, if there are any violations of house rules whatsoever. Host will be fair and treat each violation on a case-by-case basis, but will impose a 3-strike policy with ALL guests. Noise complaints, or complaints of any kind, from surrounding neighbors will constitute 2 strikes - potentially 3 strikes (grounds for removal) depending on severity.
Absolutely no Parties or Events.
Quiet Hours after 10pm – specifically outdoor noise. Outside noise must be limited to align with surrounding area AT ALL TIMES.
Occupancy restricted to 16 persons.
Fees will be imposed and compensation will be required from guests for any and all damage resulting from the guest's stay. It is important to note that as a guest, you are liable.
Host is NOT responsible for any personal/physical injury of guest, loss or damage to guest’s personal property, or other loss of any kind not limited to above that may occur during the guest’s stay.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am.
If requesting early check-in or late checkout, Host must be notified prior to confirming reservation.
