This third floor unit (elevator or stairs needed) has 3 SPACIOUS BEDROOMS + 3 BATHROOMS, an open concept floor plan and a covered balcony sitting space.

Revel in over 1,400 SF of living space with an open concept living/dining area that steps out to the balcony and also features a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Unwind in the three generously sized bedrooms and three bathrooms:

1. BEDROOM 1: King bed with private ensuite bathroom (double vanity, soaking tub, separate shower) with patio access
2. BEDROOM 2: Queen bed with private ensuite bathroom (shower/tub combo)
3. BEDROOM 3: Two twin beds with shared bathroom (shower/tub combo)

At Bella Piazza, the possibilities for fun and relaxation are endless. All building amenities are complimentary for guests (1 key card is provided per reservation) to access:

• 2 large outdoor pools with sun decks, reclining chairs and covered cabanas, a kiddie splash pool and outdoor hot tub
• Clubhouse with outdoor lounge seating, outdoor grills, fully-equipped fitness center, business center with computers and printer and game room

Guests will have access to the entire 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation condo. Other amenities guests can access in the unit:

• Free high speed wireless internet 300 mbps
• Roku (connect to personal Netflix, Hulu and streaming accounts) and cable on 4 Roku Smart flat screen TVs.

Bella Piazza is located a short distance from Disney and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. There is also an outlet mall within a 25 minutes.

This is a self-catered vacation home. Fresh bath towels, pool towels, bed linens and extra blankets are provided. For your reservation, starter items are stocked such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand and body soap, cleaning supplies, trash bags and coffee.

Guests are responsible for bringing their own shampoo and toiletries, additional paper products, laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets as needed.

Easy check-in with personalized smart lock code for the entry door given 48 hours before arrival — no lines or waiting at a crowded front desk to get keys.

Outdoor parking spots are in front of the unit.

For all reservations, we do require a signed rental agreement, & a copy of photo ID. You must be 25 yrs of age or older.

Bella Piazza has a spacious clubhouse with a game room, internet café and a fitness center. The resort’s outdoor amenities include a children’s water playground, two resort-style pools and communal BBQ grills throughout the lush tropical grounds.

All condos are located within a short walking distance of both pools and the clubhouse, so there’s no need to constantly load everyone into the car.

With a grocery store so conveniently close, it is easy to stock up on snacks and drinks to take with you to the pool area. Not only that, the store also makes tasty subs and wraps, as well as selling a wide variety of freshly cooked hot food.

For a small location Berry Town Center has plenty to keep everyone occupied when not at the parks. The local British pub serves tasty pub grub and provides entertainment such as trivia nights, karaoke and live music. There is also Puerto Rican, Thai, pizza, burgers, Chinese, fried chicken, sushi, American and a pancake house. So much choice in fact that you won’t need to cook at all!
