• This cabin does allow pets but there is an additional pet cleaning fee of $75 per pet per stay. (This now has a fenced back yard)

Dream Catcher is a luxury cabin rental just minutes from downtown Blue Ridge in the highly desirable Mountain Tops community. There are no gravel roads to contend with, paved roads lead you all the way to this gem. You are still only 20 minutes from whitewater rafting on the Ocoee river (Eastern Outfitters). This cabin has an open living area with a rock wood burning fireplace* (firewood not included). The master bedroom has a king size bed with 32' flat screen and it's own private bath. There are 3 more bedrooms with queen beds on the main floor and lower level. The lower level has a pool table and a 50" flat screen tv. The screened porch is home to the hot tub and gas grill. There is even a smoker outside on the open deck with more seating. The kitchen is fully furnished and linens and towels are provided. You are also welcome to bring your well-behaved pet ($75 pet fee will be applied)

• Firewood not included, bring your own

• We drain/clean/refill the hot tub after each guests leave. Bromine is added based on the size of the spa and normal usage. Excessive usage may require additional chemicals. It is recommended that you shower prior to entering the hot tub for sanitary reasons.

The physical address is 10 East Dream Catcher, Blue Ridge, GA 30513. GPS is fairly accurate. There is a keyless entry and the door code is 1978. The wifi password is on the side of the modem in the loft in front of the window. Please check out through the Echo Dot in the Cabin. We are not responsible for ANYTHING that is left by ANYONE in the Cabin. If there is anything mailed back a Non-refundable $20 charge in addition to postage.

Please be aware that Fannin County has a Noise Ordinance. Any loud noises will not be tolerated by after 10pm. If you or anyone in your group are disturbing anyone in the area surrounding this property may result in a warning call from management or the Sheriff's dept. If you don't cooperate or comply you will be escorted off the property with no refund and charges may result for disturbing the peace.

DREAM CATCHER DIRECTIONS FROM ATLANTA

1. Follow I-75 to I 575 North (later becomes Hwy. 5/515).
2. From Ellijay, continue North on Hwy. 5/515 approximately 15 miles to Bullen Gap on the left and turn left
3. Turn left onto Mountain Tops Rd and follow it until you see a little Chapel on the left.
4. Turn left at the Chapel and follow signs to Dream Catcher. (There is a small pond on the left at Dream Catcher)
5. Go left on Dream Catcher and follow the signs to East Dream Catcher and cabin is first driveway on the right on East Dream Catcher

Chattanooga to Dream Catcher

(1) Take I-75 North to Exit 20, which puts you on the Highway 64 Bypass (APD 40) heading East.
(2) Continue east on APD 40* for roughly 7-8 miles and then get on the exit for Ocoee/ Highway 64 East on your right (there is no exit number). Note: If you wind up at a traffic light at Julian Drive, you have gone too far down APD 40.
(3) Stay straight on Highway 64 East for approximately 34 miles. You will go through the Ocoee River gorge along the way.
(4) Upon coming into Ducktown you will see a Hardees and a Chevron on your right; and an overpass just ahead. You will want to get on that overpass (Hwy 68) heading south
(5) Follow Hwy 68 3.8 miles to the 3-way stop in Copperhill.
(6) Go right and follow Hwy 5 (south)10 miles to the red light at Hwy 515 (at McDonalds) and go right (South).
(7) Go 2.5 miles to Bullen Gap on the right and turn right
(8) Turn left onto Mountain Tops Rd and follow it until you see a little Chapel on the left.
(9) Turn left at the Chapel and follow signs to Dream Catcher. (There is a small pond on the left at Dream Catcher)
(10) Go left on Dream Catcher and follow the signs to East Dream Catcher and cabin is first driveway on the right on East Dream Catcher

We suggest you bring personal grooming items, groceries (including spices and condiments along with the items below:

• Insect repellent (summer)
• Duraflame logs for wood-burning fireplaces only or campfire pits
• Medicines (aspirin, ibuprofen, first aid kit, etc.)
• Beach towels (for summer excursions to Lake Blue Ridge or whitewater rafting)
