The Mermaid's Penthouse is ocean front and located in North Mission Beach on the top floor of the complex. Enjoy the panoramic ocean and sunset views with the open floor plan from your living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen.

This is where you will experience the great room with the 180 views up and down the coast.

This amazing PENTHOUSE was just remodeled and ready January 2025. Everything is new from hardwood flooring, new luxury kitchen w/ white cabinets, quartz countertop, appliances, blinds, new bathrooms, furniture, tv's and more.

We have a vacation rental license from the city of San Diego - STR-03561L and also TOT #520040. Pet Friendly for a small fee.

1 Dedicated parking space is provided. The top floor offers lots of privacy and there is secured access from the beach and the patio. We manage every beach house in the building if you need more space. This amazing penthouse is in north Mission Beach just 2 minutes walking to the best restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, bars and more! 10 minute walk to Belmont Park, 5 minute drive to Sea World, 15 minutes to the downtown Gas Lamp district and 20 minutes to our airport.

The complex offers a shared patio on the first floor with BBQ's and lots of seating. The patio have amazing ocean views and watching the swimmers/surfers. San Diego Beach King office is located on the ground floor if you need anything.

We can handle over 50 guests if you need room for a reunion or entire family vacation. 7 beach home, 8 parking spaces with a huge ground floor patio. Best location in all of Mission Beach. We've own several beach homes in the beautiful secure building with elevator or stairs.

Address: 3969 Ocean Front Walk #6, San Diego, CA 92109. Please use your Nav or Google Maps. Park in spot 6 only within the white lines. If your spot is taken, park nearby and ask whoever may be parked in your spot to move it. Signs are posted on the building with their phone number.

Check in time is at 4pm. Check out at 10am. Early and late check outs are available for a small fee if available - contact us! Pets welcomed under 20lbs for a fee. Please call for larger pets.

Washer and Dryer Included. Since it is on top floor you will have a lot of privacy from beach and boardwalk.

The kitchen offers granite countertops and maple cabinetry, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, washer and dryer, and all the dishware/cooking utensils your family would need. Enjoy spectacular ocean views while sipping your morning coffee.
