The Mermaid's Penthouse is ocean front and located in North Mission Beach on the top floor of the complex. Enjoy the panoramic ocean and sunset views with the open floor plan from your living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen.

This is where you will experience the great room with the 180 views up and down the coast.

We have a vacation rental license from the city of San Diego - STR-03561L and also TOT #520040

Pet Friendly for a small fee.

1 Dedicated parking space is provided. The top floor offers lots of privacy and there is secured access from the beach and the patio.

• We manage every beach house in the building if you need more space. This amazing penthouse is in north Mission Beach just 2 minutes walking to the best restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, bars and more! 10 minute walk to Belmont Park, 5 minute drive to Sea World, 15 minutes to the downtown Gas Lamp district and 20 minutes to our airport.

The complex offers a shared patio on the first floor with BBQ's and lots of seating. The patio have amazing ocean views and watching the swimmers/surfers. San Diego Beach King office is located on the ground floor if you need anything.

We can handle over 50 guests if you need room for a reunion or entire family vacation. 7 beach home, 8 parking spaces with a huge ground floor patio. Best location in all of Mission Beach. We've own several beach homes in the beautiful secure building with elevator or stairs.

Enjoy spectacular ocean views while sipping your morning coffee.
