Directions:

1. Take I 575 N. Ellijay.
2. When you get to the stoplight in Ellijay, there’s a Hardee’s, Eagle Groceries, and a Walgreens.
3. Continue north for 11.2 miles to Laurel Ridge Road.
4. Turn right at lower Ridge Road.
5. Go 1/10 of a mile to the fork.
6. At the fork, turn right.
7. Take this for 2.1 miles.
8. Stay left and any road you come across to maintain staying on the ridge road.
9. 766 Laurel Ridge Rd. will be on your left.
10. We recommend getting there before dark as it is up on the mountain and there are no street lights, which can be a challenge if you’re not familiar with the road on your first trip up.

Rules:

• No smoking or vaping in the cabin or around the cabin.
• No pets allowed.
• No one under 25 can make a reservation.
• Use of the Hot Tub is at your own risk.
• Please confirm that you agree to these rules!

House Rules:

1. No Smoking in Chalet or on the property!
2. No Pets!
3. No more than 6 guests!
4. No Exceptions!
5. Violation of these rules will result in a loss of your deposit and additional fees!
6. Upon departing, please complete the following to protect your deposit:
   • Any used or dirty towels put in bathtub.
   • Leave Linens on the bed.
   • Load Dirty Dishes into Dishwasher. Make sure any pots or pans are cleaned prior to leaving.
   • Remove all food from fridge that you brought and dispose.
   • Remove Trash and load into trash bin near the entrance of the driveway.
   • Make sure the cover is back on the Jacuzzi.
   • Turn off gas to grill, if used.
   • Please adjust heat/air to 74 degrees in summer and 68 degrees in winter.
   • Make Sure all trash is bagged.
   • Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.
