• Short drive to Downtown Blue Ridge (10 miles), Lake Blue Ridge (12 miles), and Ellijay (10 miles)

Directions to the cabin:

1. Take I-575 north to Ellijay.
2. When you reach the stop light in Ellijay (Hardees, Ingles Grocery store, and Walgreens), continue north for 9 miles to Joann Sisson Road.
3. Turn left onto Lucius Road and go 2 miles to Maggie Chapman Drive.
4. Look for a large sign that says CHERRY LAKE and turn right onto Maggie Chapman Drive.
5. Take Maggie Chapman Drive to Holly Hollow Road, which will be about 2/3 of a mile on your right.
6. Take Holly Hollow Road for about 1/3 of a mile and you will see Chimney Rock Court on your right. Turn right and you will arrive at the cabin.
7. It is recommended to arrive before dark as there are no street lights and the road can be challenging if you are unfamiliar with it.

Rules and instructions:

• No smoking or vaping in or around the cabin.
• No pets allowed.
• Reservations can only be made by individuals over the age of 25.
• Use the hot tub at your own risk.
• Please confirm that you agree to these rules.

House Rules:

• No smoking in the chalet or on the property.
• No pets allowed.
• Maximum of 6 guests, no exceptions.
• Violation of these rules will result in the loss of your deposit and additional fees.

Upon departure, please complete the following to protect your deposit:

1. Place any used or dirty towels in the bathtub.
2. Leave linens on the bed.
3. Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher. Clean any pots or pans before leaving.
4. Remove all food from the fridge and dispose of it.
5. Remove trash and place it in the trash bin near the entrance of the driveway.
6. Make sure the cover is back on the Jacuzzi.
7. Turn off the gas to the grill, if used.
8. Adjust the heat/air to 74 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
9. Ensure all trash is bagged.
10. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.
