This one-bedroom, one-bath condo in the heart of downtown Asheville comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home, whether you’re staying for a week or an entire season.

• The kitchen is perfect for entertaining and features all the amenities you could ask for, including a refrigerator/freezer, five-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender.

• The coffee station is stocked with a small supply of local coffee and tea from Dynamite Roasting Co and Asheville Tea Company.

• The breakfast bar seats four comfortably, providing space to eat and work remotely.

• The living room has a sleeper sofa for two, two comfortable chairs, a 55” cable TV, and 75+ Mbps of wi-fi.

• Southern Exposure boasts two floor-to-ceiling sliding glass windows in the living room and bedroom, allowing for fresh air and unbeatable views of the city and mountains beyond.

• The separate bedroom features a comfortable King bed, an extra chair, and a 55” cable TV.

• Linens for the bed and sleeper sofa are stored in the bedroom closet along with an extra blanket.

• Enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep courtesy of the white noise machine next to the bed.

• The bathroom offers complimentary amenities including shampoo and conditioner, lotion, hand soap, cotton balls and swabs, hair dryer, towels, facial tissue, and toilet paper.

• The toilet room is closed off from the rest of the bathroom for extra privacy.

• A stacked washer and dryer with an initial stock of laundry pods is also available.

• Southern Exposure is located on the 10th floor of the Arras Building, just an elevator ride away from Asheville’s breweries, restaurants, boutique shops, and local artists.

• Long-term stays are welcome at Southern Exposure.

Access:

• After booking, you will receive a confirmation email and a text message with a link to electronically sign the lease agreement.
• The access code to the lockbox outside the condo will be texted to you the evening prior to your arrival.
• The text messages will also include a link to our digital guidebook of Asheville and a property guide for the condo.
• Save the provided phone number to easily communicate with us regarding your stay.

Parking:

• Valet parking for one car is included in your booking.
• Electric car charging stations are available for an additional cost.

Building Amenities:

• Access to the building’s gym on the 3rd floor, equipped with Peloton bikes, treadmills, rowing machines, strength and conditioning equipment, and space for yoga and stretching.
• In-house massage room, Urban Exhale Massage, is located next to the gym. Massage services are not included in the booking cost.

In-house Food & Beverage Offerings:

• Bargello, a casual yet fine dining restaurant inspired by Mediterranean flavors, is located on the first floor.
• District 42, the bar and lounge, serves seasonal and craft cocktails and shareable small plates.
