- Enjoy the beauty of harbor life, fresh-caught fish, and coastal breezes.
- The home has a maximum capacity of 4 people with a queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the loft.
- The loft and TV area have low ceilings.
- Directions from the south: Take Highway 101 north, exit at Cloverdale, follow signs for 128 West, then Highway One. Stay on Highway One for 10.4 miles, cross the Big River Bridge, and continue for 8.6 miles. Take a right on North Harbor Drive and follow the road for 0.9 miles to the Boat House.
- Directions from the north: Take Highway One to Willits, follow signs for Highway 20 West. Follow Highway 20 for 33.1 miles until it ends at Highway One. Go right at the stoplight, cross the Noyo Harbor bridge, and take a right on North Harbor Drive. Follow the road for 0.9 miles to the Boat House.
- Parking is available for one vehicle at the rental, additional vehicles can park at the overflow parking at the entrance to the property.
- The rental is located in an RV park in the harbor.

- Garbage cans for the trailer park are located at the inside entrance to the park.
- There is room for one vehicle, please be quiet early in the morning and late at night.
