• This is a true mountain cabin experience with gravel roads up a mountain to a great cabin amazing views. You will need to drive carefully and take an appropriate vehicle.

• This 3 bedroom, 3 bath cabin sits on 3.67 acres with an incredible mountain view and is super PRIVATE inside the gated community of Heards Ridge!

• Offering bedrooms on each level with a view and a full bath, upstairs owners suite w/ private balcony overlooking the wide open view, open floor plan from kitchen to greatroom w/ stone fireplace, finished terrace level w/ game room and add'l living area w/ stone fireplace & gas logs along with a large flat screen tv, upper and lower driveways for parking for 3 vehicles maximum.

• The cabin has wifi through Hughesnet satellite wifi so you won't be able to stream or play video games online. There is Directtv for your television reception. Cell phone reception isn't very good unless you wifi call. But you don't rent a cabin with this kind of view to spend your time on the phone! LOL

• **It is recommended to have 4wd or all wheel drive but anything you drive needs to have some ground clearance as gravel roads can rut and be bumpy.

• This cabin does allow pets but there is an additional pet cleaning fee of $75 per pet per stay.

• The physical address is 99 Eagles Landing, Morganton, GA. There is a keypad across the road from the gated entrance. The code is 3201. The cabin has a keyless entry. The code is 4650. The Wifi password is "gold50worth". There is a large orange metal box outside for the garbage. If you can't turn your car around in the parking area you can carefully back out of the driveway and continue up the mountain to an open area to turn around. Garbage pick up is on Monday. All garbage must be bagged and tied before placing it in the bear box. We are not responsible for ANYTHING that is left by ANYONE in the Cabin. If there is anything mailed back a Non-refundable $20 charge in addition to postage.

• If you are afraid of driving on mountain roads we will not be held responsible. We do not have Valet Service to meet you or to drive you to the properties. If 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive is needed to reach the property it will be posted on the cabin page. All other Cabins are reached by our staff with regular 2 wheel drive.

What should we bring?

• We suggest you bring personal grooming items, groceries (including spices and condiments) along with the items below:
• Insect repellent (summer)
• Duraflame logs for wood-burning fireplaces only or campfire pits
• Medicines (aspirin, ibuprofen, first aid kit, etc.)
• Beach towels (for summer excursions to Lake Blue Ridge or whitewater rafting)

If you’re enjoying a lengthy stay, you may want to bring:

• Additional hand soap and shampoo

• Toilet paper

• Paper towels

• Coffee filters

• Laundry detergent

• Entertainment items (DVDs, CDs, books, board games, playing cards, puzzles)

• Pet cleaning fee
