• All About The Views is a breathtaking mountain cabin in an exclusive gated community with stunning long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Georgia and overlooks popular Blue Ridge Lake. All About The Views is conveniently located to all the exciting amenities of Blue Ridge Georgia (Mercier Orchards, charming Downtown Blue Ridge, Blue Ridge Lake and Marina, Serenity Spa, Toccoa River, Aska Trails, etc) and will accommodate as many as 10 people.

• This 4-bedroom cabin rental is perfect for large families! Whether you're hanging out on the wrap-around porch and grilling or relaxing in the hot tub, cozying up next to the indoor fireplace, or enjoying the spacious floor plan, the beautiful mountain views offer the perfect backdrop to your relaxing mountain getaway.

• The main floor features an open living room with many windows highlighting the panoramic view. There is a wood burning fireplace on this level, making meal times and movie nights extra cozy. With whole house surround sound system, unlimited wifi, 120 satellite channels, and over five flatscreen TVs throughout the house, you'll be able to relax to your hearts content!

• The dining room table seats 8 with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and there is a gas grill on the deck. There is a Black + Decked 12 Cup Coffeemaker.

• A Master Suite offers a King-sized bed with adjoining bathroom.

• On the Upper Level, a second Master Suite has a King bed with adjoining spacious bathroom. The view from the windows in the loft are simply stunning.

• On the Lower Level, there is a third Bedroom with a King bed, a fourth bedroom with 2 full beds and 1 twin bed, and a bathroom. This level also features a second entertainment area with satellite TV and pool table.

• Just outside is a lowered hot tub, perfect for watching the sunrise or stars!

• The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.

• All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of ID.

• No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc)

We highly recommend using the directions we have included and not put the home address into your GPS as it sometimes takes guests on a road by the cabin the does not connect to the cabin.

• If you are going North to get to the cabin:

  • Merge onto I-75 N/I-85 N
  • Keep right at the fork to continue on I-75 N, follow signs for Marietta Chattanooga
  • Keep right at the fork to continue on GA-5 N/I-575 N, follow signs for Canton
  • Continue onto GA-5 N/GA-515 E/State Rte 515 for 39.1 miles
  • Turn right onto E 1st St/Old Hwy 76/Old U.S. 76
  • Turn right onto Industrial Blvd, which then turns into Mineral Springs Rd
  • Turn right onto Aska
  • Turn left onto Campbell Camp Rd
  • Turn right onto Bear Ln. Continue on gravel road for approximately 2.8 miles until you reach gate. The gate code is 8556
  • Turn right after the gate onto Lake View Drive
  • The cabin will be on your Left

• If you are going South to get to the cabin:

  • Once you get to Aska Rd, stay on Aska for about 2.8 miles
  • Turn left onto Campbell Camp Rd
  • Turn right onto Bear Ln. Continue on gravel road for approximately 2.8 miles until you reach gate. The gate code is 8556
  • Turn right after the gate onto Lake View Drive.
  • The cabin will be on your Left

• The check-in time is anytime after 4 pm and checkout is by 10 am. The gate code is 8062. The temporary door code for your stay is 1961. This code will expire at check out so please make sure you don’t leave anything at the cabin! Garbage is picked up on Monday.

• The hot tub takes a few hours to heat up so if you plan on using it I would recommend putting it on the temp you want a few hours before you want to get in. Please do not eat food in the hot tub. Trash is collected on Mondays. Please make sure your trash is in the bins in the morning and it all must be bagged, no loose trash.

• When using the fireplaces, if you get too warm, please open the windows instead of lowering the AC significantly as this can cause the AC Unit to freeze and require a service call.
