Important - Key Codes:

• Door Code to gain access to the room: You will receive a separate text message with your door code prior to check in. If you have not received a code by check in, please contact our office.
• The upper level's entrance gate code is 2895.
• The beach access staircase door code will also be 2895.

To Open - Activate Key Pad by pressing your palm or three fingers to illuminate touch screen. Enter the code into the keypad, and the light will turn green indicating that the door has been unlocked.

To Lock - The door does NOT automatically lock when it closes. Manually lock the door from the inside of the unit. When leaving the unit, fully close the door behind you and press the lock button on the bottom right of the keypad from the outside.

Parking:

• Garage parking is available for $25 a day, or $175 for 7 days or longer.
• Code to open garage is 2895 followed by the Enter key. Please make sure to close all garage doors following use.
• Street parking is available.
