I Studio

Our gorgeous newly renovated unit sleeps up to 4 people. Steps away from beautiful Carlsbad beach and all of the amazing shops and restaurants Carlsbad Village has to offer. This rental includes everything you need for a memorable beach experience here in Carlsbad, California.

Studio I is our only unit without a balcony/ocean view or a full kitchen. Please be aware that we can only welcome small dogs under 25 pounds, and there is a cleaning fee of $150. No other animals are accepted at this property.

Area:

• Southern California enjoys temperate climate year-round. There is no better place to enjoy fall, winter, or spring than on the sandy beaches of Carlsbad, California.
• All day long you can catch dolphins, pelicans, sailboats, and surfers frolicking in the waves on the beach at this location steps away from the Grand Ave beach access.

Parking:

• Garage parking is available for $25 a day, or $175 for 7 days or longer.
• The code to open both garages is 2895.
• There is an abundance of free parking along the streets of Carlsbad, including directly fronting and adjacent to the Ocean Villas. We have limited garage parking to offer to our guests, but if you will be requiring garaged parking please contact the office to see if accommodation may be made. Please pay attention to posted parking signs since they are enforced.

Key Codes:

• Door Code: You will receive a separate text message with your door code prior to check in. If you have not received a code by check in, please contact our office.
• The lower level lobby entrance code is 1379. The upper level lobby entrance code is 2895. The beach access staircase door code will also be 2895.
• To Open: Activate Key Pad by pressing your palm or three fingers to illuminate touch screen. Enter the code into the keypad, and the light will turn green indicating that the door has been unlocked.
• To Lock: Manually lock the door from the inside of the unit. When leaving the unit, fully close the door behind you and press the lock button on the bottom right of the keypad from the outside.
