• Enjoy your view of the ocean from your 250 square feet deck or enjoy a meal with family in one of our designated barbecue areas. This luxurious apartment has 750 square feet of prime oceanfront space and offers you endless comfort. There is a large and sunny living room with a flat screen TV and a homey kitchen equipped with anything you might need to cook your favorite dishes. The main bedroom features a king size bed, and the guestroom features two twin beds. A separate bathroom is located down the hall.
• Free WiFi will also be available throughout the property.
• Please be aware that we can only welcome small dogs under 25 pounds, and there is a cleaning fee of $150. No other animals are accepted at this property.
• All rooms and patios are non-smoking.

Parking:

• Garage parking is available for $25 a day, or $175 for 7 days or longer. The code to open both garages is 2895.
• There is an abundance of free parking along the streets of Carlsbad, including directly fronting and adjacent to the Ocean Villas. We have limited garage parking to offer to our guests, but if you will be requiring garaged parking please contact the office to see if accommodation may be made. Please pay attention to posted parking signs since they are enforced.

Key Codes:

• Door Code: You will receive a separate text message with your door code prior to check in. If you have not received a code by check in, please contact our office.
• The lower level's entrance gate code is 1379. The beach access stairway code will also be 2895.
• To Open - Enter the code into the keypad, and the light will turn green indicating that the door has been unlocked.
• To Lock - Activate Key Pad by pressing your palm or three fingers to illuminate touch screen. Manually lock the door from the inside of the unit. When leaving the unit, fully close the door behind you and press the lock button on the bottom right of the keypad from the outside.
