• This Cabin Does Not Allow Pets
• If an unauthorized pet is discovered in any cabin, a $200 fine will be charged. An additional cleaning fee up to $300 will be added if a pet is found in a home not designated as pet friendly.

Nestled within the enchanting woods of Mineral Bluff, Georgia, this cozy cabin is a haven for small families or two couples seeking a tranquil escape. Step inside and be greeted by the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace, casting dancing shadows across the intimate living space. The cabin boasts two bedrooms, with a king-size bed in the master, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all.

As you venture outside, you'll find yourself immersed in the peace and seclusion of a large wooded lot, offering a short-range mountain view that is truly breathtaking. Indulge in relaxation with a soak in the inviting hot tub or gather around the crackling firepit for cozy evenings under a star-filled sky. The screened porch is the perfect spot to unwind with a good book or sip your morning coffee while immersing yourself in nature's symphony.

For those moments when you wish to connect with the outside world, the cabin offers wifi access. The fully furnished kitchen invites you to showcase your culinary skills, and the convenience of a washer and dryer ensures that every need is met. Explore the nearby town of Blue Ridge to discover charming restaurants, delightful shopping, and a local brewery waiting to appease your taste buds. If adventure beckons, the Ocoee River offers exhilarating tubing, kayaking, and hiking opportunities just minutes away. For a taste of local flavor, Copperhill/McCaysville awaits with its assortment of dining, shopping, and breweries. • We drain/clean/refill the hot tub after each guest leaves. Bromine is added based on the size of the spa and normal usage. Excessive usage may require additional chemicals. It is recommended that you shower prior to entering the hot tub for sanitary reasons.
• Please note that there are security cameras covering the parking/driveway area where there is no expectation of privacy.

Check-in is anytime after 4pm. Check out is at 10am. Please check out through the Echo Dot in the Cabin.

The physical address is 203 Indian Trace, Mineral Bluff, GA 30559. The door code is 0828. When the light turns green, turn the brown knob just above the keypad. Please check out through the echo dot. We are not responsible for ANYTHING that is left by ANYONE in the Cabin. If there is anything mailed back, a Non-refundable $20 charge in addition to postage.

• Trash pick up days are Monday or Tuesday and Fridays.

Directions from Atlanta to Simpler Times:

1. Take I-75 North to I-575 North (Exit 268).
2. Go approximately 72 miles to Blue Ridge, Georgia. Shortly after passing through Canton, Georgia, I-575 will become Highway 575/515/76*, which runs all the way into Blue Ridge.
3. Upon arriving into Fannin County and Blue Ridge, Turn LEFT at the intersection of Highway 5 and 515 (McDonalds and Home Depot on left).
4. Stay on Hwy 5 north until it dead ends into a 3-way stop at the Georgia/Tennessee state line (roughly 10 miles).
5. Go Right at the 3-way stop (Hwy 60E) and go 0.5 mile to River Rd on right.
6. Go right 1.8 miles on River Rd to Indian Trace on the right.
7. Go right on Indian Trace Rd and follow it for 0.2 mile to 203 Indian Trace Rd on the left. Cabin is at the top of the driveway.

Directions from Chattanooga to Simpler Times:

1. Take I-75 North to Exit 20, which puts you on the Highway 64 Bypass (APD 40) heading East.
2. Continue east on APD 40* for roughly 7-8 miles and then get on the exit for Ocoee/ Highway 64 East on your right (there is no exit number). Note: If you wind up at a traffic light at Julian Drive, you have gone too far down APD 40.
3. Stay straight on Highway 64 East for approximately 34 miles. You will go through the Ocoee River gorge along the way.
4. Upon coming into Ducktown, you will see a Hardees and a Chevron on your right; and an overpass just ahead. You will want to get on that overpass (Hwy 68) heading south.
5. Follow Hwy 68 3.8 miles to the 3-way stop in Copperhill.
6. Go straight at the 3-way stop (Hwy 60E) and go 0.5 mile to River Rd on right.
7. Go right 1.8 miles on River Rd to Indian Trace on the right.
8. Go right on Indian Trace Rd and follow it for 0.2 mile to 203 Indian Trace Rd on the left. Cabin is at the top of the driveway.

What should we bring?

We suggest you bring personal grooming items, groceries (including spices and condiments) along with the items below:

• Insect repellent (summer)
• Duraflame logs for wood-burning fireplaces only or campfire pits
• Medicines (aspirin, ibuprofen, first aid kit, etc.)
• Beach towels (for summer excursions to Lake Blue Ridge or whitewater rafting)

If you’re enjoying a lengthy stay, you may want to bring:
