• This cabin does not allow pets. If an unauthorized pet is discovered in any cabin, a $200 fine will be charged. An additional cleaning fee up to $300 will be added if a pet is found in a home not designated as pet friendly.

• We drain/clean/refill the hot tub after each guests leave. Bromine is added based on the size of the spa and normal usage. Excessive usage may require additional chemicals. It is recommended that you shower prior to entering the hot tub for sanitary reasons.

• Please Note that there are security cameras covering the parking/driveway area where there is no expectation of privacy.

• Check in is anytime after 4pm check out is at 10am

• The Physical Address is 287 College St, Ducktown TN. There is a lock box across from the front door with the key. The lock box code is 8541. The alarm keypad is just inside the door to the right and the code is 9710. The wifi password is Trinity287. The combination lock code for the hot tub is 1112

• Please check out through the Echo Dot in the Cabin. We are not responsible for ANYTHING that is left by ANYONE in the Cabin. If there is anything mailed back a Non-refundable $20 charge in addition to postage. Hot tub code is 1112

• Trash is picked up on Monday

• Atlanta to Brew with a View:

  1. Take I-75 North to I-575 North (Exit 268).
  2. Go approximate 72 miles to Blue Ridge, Georgia. Shortly after passing through Canton, Georgia, I-575 will become Highway 575/515/76*, which runs all the way into Blue Ridge.
  3. Upon arriving into Fannin County and Blue Ridge, Turn LEFT at the intersection of Highway 5 and 515 (McDonalds and Home Depot on left).
  4. Stay on Hwy 5 north until it dead ends into a 3-way stop at the Georgia/Tennessee state line (roughly 10 miles).
  5. Turn LEFT at the 3-way stop onto TN Hwy 68 North, and stay on 68 for 4.1 miles to the red light.
  6. Go Left at the light to the very next road on the right (College St).
  7. Follow College St down to the end and the gravel drive is straight ahead just past the small red brick church.

• Chattanooga to Brew with a View:

  1. Take I-75 North to Exit 20, which puts you on the Highway 64 Bypass (APD 40) heading East.
  2. Continue east on APD 40* for roughly 7-8 miles and then get on the exit for Ocoee/ Highway 64 East on your right (there is no exit number). Note: If you wind up at a traffic light at Julian Drive, you have gone too far down APD 40.
  3. Stay straight on Highway 64 East for approximately 34 miles. You will go through the Ocoee River gorge along the way.
  4. Upon coming into Ducktown you will see a Hardees and a Chevron on your right; and an overpass just ahead. You will want to get on that overpass (Hwy 68) heading north.
  5. Go Left at the light to the very next road on the right (College St).
  6. Follow College St down to the end and the gravel drive is straight ahead just past the small red brick church.

• The code to the lock on the hot tub is 1112

What should we bring?

• We suggest you bring personal grooming items, groceries (including spices and condiments) along with the items below:
  • Insect repellent (summer)
  • Duraflame logs for wood-burning fireplaces only or campfire pits
  • Medicines (aspirin, ibuprofen, first aid kit, etc.)
  • Beach towels (for summer excursions to Lake Blue Ridge or whitewater rafting)
• If you’re enjoying a lengthy stay, you may want to bring:
  • Additional hand soap and shampoo
  • Toilet paper
  • Paper towels
  • Coffee filters
  • Laundry detergent
  • Entertainment items (DVDs, CDs, books, board games, playing cards, puzzles)
