The closest Beach access is on the next street over behind Winter the Dolphin resort or at Shephards Tiki bar and resort. Shephard's has live music, restaurant, night club and Tiki Bar. It's about a 2 minute walk from the condo. The Condo is located in the most desirable area of Clearwater Beach (South Beach) The condo is in a very quiet location but is also within walking distance to all the action. Restaurants, night clubs, beach bars, miniature golf, are all on the next street over. The Jolly trolley stop is on the next street over and will take you on a tour of Clearwater Beach and Sand Key Park. Stop off at the Marina for the Pirate ship, Speed boats, Para-sailing, fishing boats and charters. Across the street from the Marina is Clearwater Beach. It has a playground, restaurants, ice-cream, fishing Pier and more. We supply all linens, towels, beach towels and 2 beach chairs. Pier 60 has a Sunset Festival every night and is a great spot to watch the sunset. It will have crafts, street actors , food and music. Florida Free Rides will take you anywhere on the beach for free! They get paid by advertisers and tips. They run from 9am to 3am. Clearwater Beach is one of the top 5 beaches in the world. it was voted the best beach in the US twice in the past few years. It has white powder-like sand and beautiful clear blue water. There are activities, music and fun every sunset at Pier 60 on Clearwater Beach. Close by is 'Winter the Dolphin' at the Clearwater Beach Aquarium. Within driving distance is golf, museums, Tarpon Springs Sponge docks, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and Major league sporting events. The beach offers jet ski rentals, para sailing, boat rentals, dinner cruises and so much more.

   If you have any issues during your stay, please Text or Call Ray
   No need to bother with linens or things when you leave but, please do be sure the door is fully locked when you check out and a quick text to Ray that you're checking out is very helpful! We will provide feedback and reviews for you right away and hope you would do the same.
