Our updated Caribbean-style villa is in a gated community with 24-hour security only 15 minutes from Disney World. It is a handicap-accessible ground-floor unit in a great location. It is the closest unit to Tradewinds restaurant, bar, large pool, hot tubs, white sand beach, and fishing dock on Lake Davenport.
It is a two-bedroom / two-bath, 1395 sq. ft villa. Wood laminate floors grace the living, dining, and bedrooms. The large, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room have ceramic tile. The large bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a large soaking tub, double sink vanity, and handicapped (Roman style) walk-in shower.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a ceiling fan, a flat screen TV, and a closet with plenty of storage for your things with private access to the main guest bathroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa, chair, and a 55-inch smart TV. It extends to a large screened-in lanai. There is seating for 6 on the lanai or in the spacious dining room for all your meals.
The villa is perfect for families with small children. We supply a pack-n-play, highchair, bouncer, and double stroller. Besides, the convenience of being 25 steps (Est) from the pool the location is incredibly convenient for napping, snacking, and changing! No need to stay at the parks all day; Bahama Bay Resort offers several pools, restaurants, a splash pad, a playground, shuffleboard, tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, billiards, table tennis, and a day spa. The scenic grounds have two ponds and a walking nature trail with beautiful views. Wildlife abounds. Everything you need is here for the perfect family vacation!
