Our updated Caribbean-style villa is in a gated community with 24-hour security only 15 minutes from Disneyworld. It is a handicap-accessible ground-floor unit in a great location. It is close to the pool, hot tubs, and is a three-bedroom / two-bath, 1200 sq. ft villa. New Tile floors grace the living, dining, and bedrooms. The large, fully equipped kitchen including air fryer, bathrooms, and laundry room have ceramic tile.

1. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the home or in the Screened in Lani. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit.
2. Check out is 10 a.m. unless this has been previously arranged.
3. Codes for Entry into the Property:
   • Front Door: if you do not receive a door code 3 hours prior to arrival please text message Ray for an entry code at 219-405-7269
4. If you have any issues during your stay, please Text or Call Ray 219-405-7269, Brad 317-937-2533, or Pam 317-937-2703.
5. No need to bother with linens or things when you leave, but please do be sure the door is fully locked when you check out and a quick text to Ray that you're checking out is very helpful! We will provide feedback and reviews for you right away and hope you would do the same.
