Our updated Caribbean-style villa is in a gated community with 24-hour security only 15 minutes from Disneyworld. It is a handicap-accessible ground-floor unit in a great location. It is the closest unit to Tradewinds restaurant, bar, large pool, hot tubs, white sand beach, and fishing dock on Lake Davenport. It is a two-bedroom / two-bath, 1395 sq. ft villa. Wood laminate floors grace the living, dining, and bedrooms. The large, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room have ceramic tile. The villa features:

• Large bedroom with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet

1. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the home or in the Screened in Lani. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit.
2. Check out is 10 a.m. unless this has been previously arranged.
3. Codes for Entry into the Property:
   • Front Door: if you do not receive a door code 3 hours prior to arrival, please text message Ray for an entry code.
4. If you have any issues during your stay, please Text or Call Ray.
5. No need to bother with linens or things when you leave, but please do be sure the door is fully locked when you check out and a quick text to Ray that you're checking out is very helpful! We will provide feedback and reviews for you right away and hope you would do the same.
