Mickey's Splash Pad

Mickey's Splash Pad is a newly remodeled 3bd townhome that offers a luxury space for the whole family to relax and recharge! We are located in the wonderful Windsor Hills resort with tons of amenities. The townhome is down the street from the main clubhouse and amenities. Each bedroom has its own full on-suite bathroom. We have a brand new 65 in smart tv to enjoy family movies after a relaxing day in your own private splash pool!

Our Disney-themed home has all the amenities of a home and more. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome is located on a quiet street and accommodates up to 8 guests (not including infants). We are pleased to offer you our tastefully decorated Disney home with a balance of style, comfort and relaxation in mind. Enjoy the north-facing yard with a screened-in lanai and splash pool to enjoy the daily sun and sunsets. The entire home was renovated in October 2022 and features new appliances, large screen tv's, beds/bedding, furniture & more. Out front, you will find your private driveway, with additional parking located across the street. Reserved RV parking is also available. The first level hosts a kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and a well-stocked kitchen to prepare snacks and meals. The dining area contains a table with seating for six as well as four seats on the island. Also located on this level is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, 40" Smart 4K TV and en-suite. The bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the living area. The spacious living area features a 75" 4K smart TV with cable. Out the sliding door, you will find your very own private splash pool and its is very private. You will also chairs and tables on the lanai to enjoy the daily Florida sun. The second level hosts a Master Suite with a king bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, 60" Smart 4K TV and a large en-suite bathroom with double sinks. Also located on the Second Floor is a Buzz Light Year-themed room for the kids to enjoy. This room features one twin bed, a full / twin bunkbed, a 40" Smart 4K TV and an en-suite bathroom. The laundry area down the hall has a new full-sized washer & dryer. The linen closet has additional towels, beach towels, an ironing board and an iron. We are a short 2-3 min walk from the clubhouse, which features upscale amenities for all guests to enjoy at no additional cost. The amenities include an Olympic-sized pool, two waterslides, toddler pool, hot tub, fitness center, a recreational park with BBQs, tennis, mini-golf, volleyball, basketball, children's playgrounds, games room, and a high-definition surround sound movie theatre.
