For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment; cash is not accepted. Smoking in non-smoking units will incur an additional charge of USD 250. Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. To purchase Pots, Pans and Plates, the charges are below: - USD 39.99 for the purchase of pots and pans, a larger set - USD 19.99 for the purchase of plates If the guest wants to rent the USD 39.99 set, it is USD 15 per week. USD 40 penalty to be deducted from the security deposit if the rented items are spoiled. If linen (pillow, bedsheet, duvet, towel) is damaged, we will charge a penalty of USD 15-40, depending on the item.
