• This two-story home has three steps at the entrance and interior stairs to reach the lower-level bedroom and bathroom.
• An additional vacation rental is located in the neighboring townhome, sharing the boat dock and fire pit; other guests may be present during your stay.
• For your safety, the property is equipped with an exterior doorbell camera at the front door. It faces the entryway and does not capture any interior areas. The camera records live video with audio when motion is detected.
  To help protect the home from potential damage or parties, we kindly ask guests to choose between a fully refundable $250 deposit or a $59 damage protection policy.
